Why display reasons for appointments on screen?

Not all tasks take the same time or are the same in degree of difficulty. Nearly all organizations who market services has some sort of feel for the type of service they perform, some are easy some dangerous, some could expose the organization to litigation, while others if attempted by the wrong individuals could cause a substantial loss of time. These reasons can then be used to plan time use during the day and help in assign the most knowledgeable and cost efficient individual to this task.  

Clinic ABC only has a technician available on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday that can perform a certain kind of procedure. Through the use of Reasons this technician can be assured that the clients they will be seeing are there specifically for their services.

ClientMagic allows the administrator to define the reason and the color of the reason. This reason can then be chosen when making an appointment for a client.
