Why have definable appointments notes?
No one would argue that knowing some information about a upcoming appointment would be of great value. If you stop to think about it most of the information associated with a appointment note has been entered before, so redundant notes are constantly being made.
ClientMagic has the ability to allow entry of pre-defined notes in a look up table. This feature greatly reduces the amount of typing necessary to describe the comments connected to an appointment.

ClientMagic appointment notes can be of any desired length, from a few words to a paragraph. Notes are created in our list menu, appointment notes tables. Once created they can be easily accessed from within the appointment. Additional information can also be typed in after this note.
