Should clients be checked in upon arrival?
Nothing can alienate a client quicker than not being on time with their appointment. Most organizations have some sort of means of acknowledging a client, but in many hustle-bustle businesses that is where the communications break down. Does the back office or service provider know this client is waiting for service?

The upper right corner of the appointment block is marked with a triangle making easy identification of who is in the front office or lobby.
