Can time off blocking help with client communications?
If you have ever gone to a doctors office, or had an appointment to repair your car only to find the person you were to see was not there, you can understand a clients frustration with arriving at a your office only to find they had to wait as their provider was not there, or worse yet, you were not told you would have to wait. Yes, emergencies do arise, but as with most emergencies, notification can be given that the provider will be unavailable for a period of time.
