Fall Update 6.9
Our fall major update, ClientMagic 6.9, is sure to be an overwhelming success. Driven by requests from our user group many "Hot" features were added. We now integrate with Outlook which sync's with cell phones, family member processing with pictures was added, and picture templates can be imported and used to mark areas of interest on the human torso.

Appointment Status Marking
We have added the ability to mark clients as Confirmed, Checked in, Checked out, No Show, Cancelled, and Invoiced. In busy shops this will aid in tracking appointments. If a client is marked as a no show, when you make another appointment for them a red box appears showing the date and time.

Family Members Linking and Pictures
You can now setup family members where the primary client is linked to family members. You can have pictures of them and comments as desired. You can also run reports on purchases by family members. We have also added the ability to import templates for clients. These templates could be torsos for marking desired treatment areas.

Online Appointments
We copy your client database to a server for faster searching, and operators have to be designated as on line operators to be chosen. When a client requests an appointment, they are told if it is available, and if so they can book it. The appointment appears on the scheduler. If there is a conflict with booked time, the Conflict button blinks on the tool bar.

SMS Text messaging integration
Our new version can now send text messages to cell phones. When used in conjunction with our appointment scheduler a simple click will send a message to your client's cell phone reminding them of an upcoming appointment with you.

Appointment card and file label printing
After making an appointment with a client you can click on Print and pop off an appointment card through a special inexpensive printer. We have also incorporated the ability to print file folder labels by utilizing the first 3 lines of the custom data fields in the "Client+" tab at the bottom.
