Our History
We have offered custom software engineering and design solutions since 1991. ClientMagic was originally designed for medical offices including Veterinarians and Doctors to reduce input time and entry errors while promoting ease of use and full feature availability. Our software uses cutting edge technology which helps us to be the very best in our field.

Our President and CEO has been in the software design and coding industry since 1980 and brings to our company vast knowledge on business management. He has worked for several large corporations in management and marketing. This perspective gives us the ability to understand the needs of small and medium businesses and to respond to these needs.

We have designed many software applications and continue to market a variety of business solutions including www.TimeLegal.com, an advanced personnel time tracker that supports biometric employee logging, and Checkbook, an accounts payable solution.

Our technicians have installed computer systems nation wide and over seas for over 15 years, specializing in network setup, cabling and on site training. We have always prided ourselves in our ability to support hardware and software.

ClientMagic was partially re-designed in 2006, over 30 custom features were added to serve the Salon, Spa, Massage, and other organizations requiring a high quality easy to use appointment scheduler coupled with invoicing, inventory control and marketing.

Our software design has been, and will continue to be driven by our user group who know first hand the features they need to better manage their organizations. Planned in our next major release is the incorporation of TimeLegal and Checkbook into ClientMagic. When coupled with applications that will run on the new G3 apple Phone, this will give us a true mobile solution to appointment and personnel management.
