office to view appointments made at remote offices, as well as invoices.

Absolutely, ClientMagic has the ability to automatically trigger reminders set for a time in the future, by email or cards. Recalls can also be linked to
services and items or chosen form the invoice tool bar. These recalls can then be printed out as a follow up checklist.

Our inventory module will no only track inventory quantities, but warn when on hand levels fall below a certain pre set level. Reordering is controlled through purchase orders which when items are received automatically update on hand amounts and record the purchase. Security levels can be set to prevent unauthorized access to the inventory control module, greatly reducing shrinkage.

We offer a password protected invoice system for easy tracking of clients who are allowed to charge. Statements are generated by our system at a pre-defined time at the end of a month period. Aging of client accounts is clearly shown.
