- Complete network hardware, infrastructure diagnostics and support, (Except
3rd party Domains)
- Unlimited Telephone, online or email support.
- 24/7 support via after
hours phone number
- Complete survey and recording of your hardware and network
setup
* If it is determined that you are on the previous version of SQL (if you do not
have SQL2005 in your program files list) there is an additional $75 charge for
updating to the latest Microsoft version by our technicians.
We only support current versions of ClientMagic, if you are not on Assurance and
on our current software version, incident support is $50 regardless of time to
resolve the issue.
